For bookings please use the following FORM as a guide to speed up the quotation process. Generally, we need the following info in order to start quoting for your event: date & times (opening/performance/site access), organizer details, location inc areas/site plans/indoor/outdoor, number of attendees, any site restrictions, do you need AV operators and describe your event in as much extra detail as possible.

Due to the nature of insurance against damage and theft, all new private dry hires without onsite personel will require an additional deposit of 3 times the hire value. This is significant, however, it allows us to keep the actual hire price far lower than normal and in the end, you save more money.

Due to most of our labour requiring technical expertise, pricing is generally $90 per hour per person flat rate.
